SURGICAL CORPORATION was established in the year 1958. It
was founded by Sardar Tarsem Singh Soor. He Started this company
from Byculla (Mumbai) and shifted to a coporate office in Prasad
Chambers - Opera House (Mumbai). He has the honour of being
the first company to manufacture Micro Optahlmic Surgical Instructions
in India. He got " SIGNIFICANT ACHIEVEMENT AWARD"
in 1999 by "BOMBAY OPHTHAMOLOGY ASSOCIATION"
for his valuable contribution in the field on Opthalmology.
He
had a vision to manufacture Instruments of very good quality,
which
could last for unlimited years. He used to take care of every
process of manufacturing and saw to it that end customers
go better product. He was the first to take part in International
Conference and showed high quality Indian Ophthalmic Instruments
to the world. This led to trendsetter amongst other manufactures
and dealers. He had an opportunity to visit manufacturing
units abroad and incorporated in important process of
manufacturing in his company.
Unfortantely,
we lost him at an early age, which was a big loss to us and
to Ophthalmic Industry. The same trend is been carried on
by Mrs. SURINDER KAUR T. SOOR and PALWINDER SINGH who
is committed to serve Ophthalmic Industry with the same quality
and precision. The organisation developed latest Instruments
as per the change in Technology in Anterior and Posterior
segment. The Organisation further carried on the trend by
exporting Instruments to various countries and making WESTERN
SURGICAL CORPORATION a global name to reckon with.
We
